If you would like to book a pitch at the Rural Retreat then please use the form below – please include any information that may be relevant to your booking ie: pitches alongside each other or OAP or disabled etc in the additional information area – if you have any queries you would like answered then please include these here too and we will endeavour to help.
ALL bookings in MID and HIGH seasons must be paid for in FULL a minimum of 28 days before arrival.
Cheques & cards are not accepted- payment can be made via online or telephone banking or in branch or via BACS system
Cancellations incur a £25.00 fee up to the minimum 28 day rule thereafter no refunds are given
NO arrivals after 8pm unless by prior arrangement
Dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times & exercised off site & farmland – all dog mess must be cleared up immediately and bagged!
The play area is restricted to under 12s who must be supervised and is open only during the hours of 8.30 am & 8:30pm out of respect for all our guests and the pitches in close proximity to the play area!
In order to maintain a high level of cleanliness the Amenity Building will close between the hours of 12 noon and 1pm WITHOUT EXCEPTION for daily cleaning – please arrange your day accordingly!
Upon arrival please park up and come to reception where you will be given a ‘welcome pack’ with our simple site rules, prices for treatments and take away menu, local information & events, and your first bin & doggy bags.
